I believe introductions are in order....

Hi there, welcome to my blog! I guess I'm officially going "Web 2.0" now...

I guess this is where I'll be sharing stuff that's going on with me for the time being. The real reason I'm starting this blog is for the Kenya Global Project this summer - kind of a way for me to keep people updated on what's going on with me while I'm away from you all. So yeah, in case you haven't heard yet, I am planning on going to Kenya as part of an InterVarsity mission project this summer! I'll get to be there from June 6th to July 25th, so pretty much the whole summer. I'm really looking forward to it, though! It's kinda ironic, because growing up I always hoped that I wouldn't be forced by God to go to Africa for missions, and here I am looking forward to it more than finally being done with college!

So I guess that's the plan for now. I'm not really sure how often I'll be making updates before the Kenya trip comes around, but I do plan on using this space to just talk about stuff going on in my life in general for now. That'll probably include updates on things like fundraising for the trip and stuff, but also just the general bloggy stuff like interesting things that are going on with me or something I want to mention/rant about. Here we go...!
